  • Done both of those suggestions, and noted both. I spent 2+ Hours with acer tech, they covered everything.

  • If, by “won’t wake up” you mean the screen remains black while the computer runs, then welcome to the party. This is a long, long term problem with windows and video drivers which never seems to get solved. I’ve been fighting it on my Aspire for two weeks and I know much more about it than I ever wanted to.   • Same here, A515-56 with Xe graphics. It's not a power issue, if I plug in an external monitor during this "black screen" after waking, it works.
