  • THANK YOU SO MUCH to the Acer team who worked on my computer & fixed the problem! I would never have been able to do all of the technical things to repair it (delete partitions). I don't know what they had to do to fix it, but it is PERFECT now. I just can't thank you enough. I recommend raises for all of you!! 
  • Sorry for jumping in here but I ordered the disks, they hang up at Office 2010. I called & they sent me a replacement set of disks....they hang up at the exact same place. PLEASE HELP US!
  • I am having the same problem. I don't know how to do what you did to fix yours, as I am not very good with computers but can follow step by step instructions, if you wouldn't mind posting those. I am so upset that I bought the set of disks and now can't even use them & my netbook is useless. Thank you for any help. 
  • I am the original poster of this question.I have tried many times to load the new disks & it always freezes at Office 2010. I called Customer Service and they sent me a new set, but it does the same thing. 
  • Nothing is showing that is running in the background.
