  • No I don't, and I'm concerned that I don't have the knowledge/capabilities to fix the problem myself even if I did. May have to take to a professional by the sounds of it! But thank you for your advice.
  • What does this mean? Would I have to download something onto a USB? I don't have another windows pc, will this be an issue? Also, my chromebook doesn't have a disk drive, so if it involves a CD... I'm in a bit of a pickle..
  • I'm currently using the Windows troubleshooting page, and have done the whole 'chkdsk /f /r c:' thing in command prompt, it's currently in stage 5: looking for bad, free clusters and is taking quite a long time to do so.
