I think I answered my own question. Seems for now, games are not developed to have ray tracing and 120hz at the same time, you have to choose performance or graphics, which is a shame when your monitor can support both. I have now set it to 144ghz, HDR is set on the monitor, but looking at the monitor settings on pc it shows this about certification? But I believe HDR is on and refresh rate is set to 144mhz

Thanks! Also, I have bought separate speakers, might seem a silly question, but I don't want the monitor speakers on, just want to use the pc speakers I got. I think, it will know as it will take the sound and output to speakers rather than monitor speakers
