  • the problem is with the intel driver. Nvidia driver is good and latest version as well. Bsod says this (igdkmd64.sys). When i updated the driver this is happenning. 
  • yes i have updated the intel graphics driver. that seems to be causing the issue. I have intel 630 graphics installed. and the version is 22.20.16.4691. Im not really sure how to get a previous version. 
  • What I meant was that the white color on the screen looks very greasy cuz of the mat finished screen. Thanks for the blue light shield tip it looks good. but hasnt solved my problem. with the *greasyish* look
  • The screen is good. But the problem is when im using youtube the white area on the screen looks very rough and noisy cuz its a mat type screen. so i want to know if theres a way to change it into someting smooth by changing any settings.

  • So do i return this laptop and ask for a replacement? cuz just now i tried to play the game and the temperature went to 88deg right off the bat. My room temperature is 70deg Farenheit so its cool. Or i have to return this laptop and get another option?
