  • Well you did apply a caveat! I've resolved the problem of multiple partitions by creating a named directory in each partition so I know which one I'm really on. Windows 7 allows internet access but XP doesn't as no Network drivers are loaded. I've tried loading drivers for the Broadcom 802.11n built in modem, but no luck.…
  • Well I didn't take your advice, for which many thanks. I eventually found a way of accessing the hard drive and used Paragon Partition Manager to reformat and partition the HD. Now I have WinXP on one partition and Win7 on the other BUT When I load XP, My Computer shows C:\ as XP and E:\ as Win7. Salamand shows the same,…
