Yes, I have the same problem... Same AN515-57 i5 11400 H, I mixed SAMSUNG DDR4 8GB 3200MHz with additional V-Gen DDR4 8GB 3200 MHz, task manager says it run at 16GB 2933 MHz. I don't think I will get this mess before, and Acer don't have a solution for this
