  • Hi Cory, thank you for jumping back here. As for me, I am using SW5-012-187N. The symtopms are exactly the same as in Tim's case - when the problem has appeared, used Windows version and when this screen is being visible. If you need more details, just let me know. Thanks Hubert

  • Hi Tim, I can just confirm the issue - my case was exactly the same: my Switch went to service under guarantee, then after getting it back with new motherboard and most recent BIOS version (1.14) since first boot I'm getting the same picture.
