  • Talked today with Acer support. The machine does NOT have support for Windows 10. Only solution is to downgrade to Windows 7 or 8.
  • I already done most of this. Looks like you didn't read my post? I have TWO machines with exactly the same problem. They have been used very differently so that both of them are going down must have something to do with HARDWARE not playing with SOFTWARE Windows10 AND the update earlier this year.
