  • I don't understand what the problem is? It's not being recognised when you boot up? is this a secondary drive or the original SATA drive? Please give more details as to what the problem is. What OS is it? Is it a secondary drive you have added?
  • What OS do you have? It seems that Bluetooth is available with Windows 8. Windows 7 does not seem to have the driver in the Acer Driver section.

  • Uninstalling and reinstalling your drivers isn't as scarey as it sounds. What type of computer do you have? Drivers are a piece of software that for some reason can eventually need to be reinstalled. Let me know what system you have and I'll try to help.
