Bahaha acer recovery management what a load of junk. Best bet is to uninstall all of the acer bloatware and strip windows back to the core os with no if little thirdparty software. Check running processes and check the usual suspects liek windows printer spooling and windows updates. I recall and issue I had on the job…

Could you provide more detail? Perhaps an image or list of any error codes. And is there any mission critical data on your PC? If not just reinstall windows or remove the HDD and plug it into the SATA slots on a desktop or buy a hard drive caddy from your local store.

Normally when a computer fails to hibernate it is because it has not had a clean shutdown and something in the registry prevents it from doing so. My recommendation would be to run the usual diagnostics like defrag, scan for malware, use ccleaner to check the integrity of the file system and let it run updates and shutdown…
