  • Thanks for all your help. But same issue, over and over. Now it seems to know the device, but the driver will not install correctly. Any more ideas?
  • ok all that complete, however, the exact same result. Device is moved to network adapters, but still has eclamation point.

  • so one device moved to the network adapters setion, but still has the yellow exclamation mark and is not recognized as a network connection option. but this feels like progress!
  • tried to point to the folder right out of device manager, windows could not install tried installer, installer completed with no error. Still the yellow exclamation point on the device wifi adapter not vailable in network connections

  • When in device manager i select the network controller, point it to the driver assciated with the wireless internet according to Acer website for Win 7 pro. It says it's not the correct driver. I run the setup file included with the drivers, and it just does nothing. So essentially the devices are just not installed.
