they diagnosed mine as a "hardware problem". Thats whats so disapppointing. The hardware is their responsibility...but they refuse to take it on. I returned mine. Will probably get a Samsung instead.

I am having similar problems. From Day 1. If I close the lid of the computer, the screen will nto come back on no matter what I do. Blue light is there but no screen. The only way to get it back on is to hold power button for 10 seconds so blue light goes off and then batter reset. But even then the issue is not solved.…
