  • I have the same issue on both my Acer computers. If you want to tel Acer that the software does not work, you have to pay!!!! I am glad that I have better luck with the company that sold e my car!!! Keep smiling in the face of indifference.
  • Just a comment. I have the same issue with both my Acer computers. Obviously this is a recurrent problem. However: 1- Your issue has not been answered by support 2- If you want support on a failing Acer software, you need to pay!!!! Question: what comany should I buy my next computers from?
