Ok, so if I go for the wipe everything it goes back to factory setting with windows 10 as the OS? Or if it was windows 8 would it get the 10 upgrade? Thanks. I had found that there is an option to factory reset in the Acer Care Center app. If I choose 'Remove files and clean drive' does this mean that Windows 10 will be wiped as well?
