  • You're very welcome. I don't think you need to take the fan cover plate off.....just check on the right side UNDER the plate and you should find the SSD connector there. That's why I missed it in the first place! You should be able to just connect the SSD without taking off the plate.

  • Have you tried holding button down for about 5 seconds? My all in one can shut down like that but you need to press the power button for a few seconds.
