I also have this problem. I've even disabled this intel 530hd and wanted only use Nvidia 970m, but when i do it it get's really laggy even when i'm in desktop-screen. So i think my computer dosen't want to use nvidia at all -.-. But i dont know enything about that RS problem but i think it meaby be same as mine :/
