Well, to answer my own question: For anyone else with the same issue, I talked to Acer support. They gave me product numbers that in no way help. So what the employee listed was not something their Authorized Part Partners, Skyline, sells. (makes sense right?) So I called Skyline because the parts couldn't be found on…
