  • Same here. Got the phone less than a month ago and now it is stuck displaying acer. Getting frustrated with this phone after what I have been reading so far. Is Acer monitoring any of this ro provide any help?
  • Same problem here. THere is the hard reset using power and volume keys combination but in my case even the menu is in Chinese. So that is is not really of any help.
