  • It looks like ACER disables the intel menu in many of the bioses, which would have the option to enable intel vt-x. I really dont get why they do that, but it sure is dissapointing for people who need to use in a VMware , Hyper-V enviornment.
  • I just bought my Acer V3-771G-9823 and also noticed that for BIOS 2.16 UEFI there is no option for virtulization to enable/disable it in BIOS. On the intel website the i7-3630QM has intel VT-x as a supported feature. Yet, when I try to run my virutal machines it says that the host does not support Intel VT-X. I agree for…
