  • Try downloading the touchscreen/ pen drivers from the N-trig website (the R7-572 uses N-trig hardware). http://www.n-trig.com/downloads-drivers/ They have the model # listed as "Aspire RF-572" (I think this is a typo). I haven't had any more touchscreen glitches since I did this. Hope this helps!
  • The issue occurs randomly for me. I can go weeks with no problems but then suddenly it will happen every few hours. I can usually fix the issue by putting my computer to sleep then waking it up. I depend on my laptop for school so I've been reluctant to send it in. I just finished classes so I plan to send it in for repair…
