  • One day while watching movie, system shutdown abruptly. On reboot I encountered WiFi connectivity dropping intermittently.Sudden change in system behaviour might be due to window updates.To fix WiFi dropping issue I proceeded with driver updates which didn't helped.
  • Earlier I tried both driver types (Acer Flavoured as well as Intel Generic). Acer Flavoured - Wireless LAN_Intel_20.70.0.5_W10x64 Intel generic - WiFi_21.70.0_Driver64_Win10 (Earlier error due to this driver was similar but specific to netwtw08) Jaspal
  • Yes DeviceManager is clean now with no red/yellow warnings for WiFi driver.   • Thank you @JackE. I'm able to connect to WiFi network following steps mentioned by you. But error related to WiFi driver is still reported in Event Viewer (attached error log as text files).
  • I uninstalled WiFi driver and instlled WiFi driver 20.70.0.5 from Acer support site. Error isn't gone yet. I'm attaching few snapshots related to this issue.
