Thanks gaming6698. Its a constant, rhythmic loud clicking noise that starts after the initial start up clicking you expect to hear. I don't understand why it would be a failing drive when it happened first time after a new drive installed. It doesn't freeze when making the noise. The desktop has a 256GB SSD
