  • Installed the driver and rebooted. Looked like it might have done the trick for a day or so there, but it has since gone back to locking up randomly. The annoying thing is there appears to be no pattern to it, and there isnt any log files being generated.
  • Hadnt tried that yet. Downloaded and installed, seems Windows was reporting my current one as 23.20, when it went to install it was 17.50. Have rolled back the driver to 17.10. Will see how it goes. If that doesn't fix it, might have to lodge a claim. Cheers for your replies.
  • Hi Brummy, Currently running v18.2.1 for the RX540, and for the one built into the CPU it is running v23.2. It has been set to download latest drivers available. Laptop has never been opened, it is currently as it was purchased. Have been wanting to upgrade to an SSD, but want to sort this issue first. cheers
