Thank you for your response, Ally. I followed your instructions, however, the only two sliders that I could affect were the Airplane mode and the Bluetooth. I cannot change the WI-FI setting. It appears to be inactive and does not respond to any activity - tapping does no good, and sliding does not move it to on. Any…
