Yes. The problem happens in both Windows and Ubuntu, and I used a different method to limit the cpu usage for each OS, so I think it's a processor problem. I've temporarily solved the problem in Windows by creating a power profile with 80% maximum cpu usage, and setting it to automatically turn on/off when awakening…
