  • Yep, will see if can buy one later with a 2400Mhz and test it out. Will update as when done.
  • Did the BIOS update and and problem not resolved. memory type as shown DDR4 2400Mhz. Wonder if i can change this?
  • Yes JordenB pointed this out. Also Acer email me with the recommended RAMs. But if instal only one stick(2666) i have no problem . Machine turn On with just a tap on the power button. But Kingston ask me to update the BIOS, which i am not familiar at doing so... 
  • I have tried all the above, it is the same. After i remove one stick of the 2 x 16GB RAM. It can power ON as normal. When i put back the second stick it does not power ON. the model of the RAM HX426C16FB3/16 . Both sticks are the same.

  • Thanks guys for helping me look into this. I just cannot figure out what can be wrong. the RAM model is bought were Kingston HX426C16FB3/16 x 2 sticks. (Which is within the max. 32GB ram allowed ) with only one stick it power ON and works fine. But with two sticks it cannot power ON. other then that i only have two ext.…
  • Yes, it states max memory is 32 GB.. which i have is 2 x 16 GB.
  • the RAM is Kingston 16GB DDR 1.2V 2666 , wheather it is unbuffered DIMMs i am not sure what this means. But the shop that sold me assured me it is compatible. The PC works without problem with one stick 1x16GB, but cannot power ON when there are two sticks 2x16GB totalling 32GB.
