I know this is an old thread, but if you're still having this problem the s-pen from a note 4 or 3 works with the Acer spin much better then the one that came with it. I just got a used Acer off ebay and the included stylus was doing the same thing. Had an old s-pen tried that and it works as intended. Doesn't interact…
