  • the hardest part of the process was to find a cooler that would fit and make contact with the CPU. Thankfully its easy to return items with Amazon ! otherwise it was very easy to install that specific tower cooler. didnt have to remove GPU or RAM. The height of the stand off is important. still very happy with that mod.…
  • I used standoffs from my box of many things.. it's probably from an old motherboard.. stand off kits are also available on Amazon and eBay... so I kept the original backplate.. screw the standoff it the 4 corners and screwed the heatsink in the standoffsya my post got kind of hijacked lol

  • you have to buy a Sata cable... the Power is provided for both HDD Tray... but the Data cable isn't.. would have cost Acer 0,25 $ to include one... but hey let's spend 10$ of your own money instead. kinda of similar situation with that lame cpu cooler..
  • Using the Stress Test in CPU-Z // didn't go above 60 degree during that 10 minutes stress test... (I didn't keep any screeshot with stock cooler for the same test.. best the CPU was getting very very hot) You guys can still test it I wont put back that garbage cooler in my PC... Will provide an update in a week or so...
