  • Thanks for the tip! I tried a reinstall of W10 via USB already. It did not solve it either. Probably I'm most frustrated by the response of the Acer repair that doesn't accept the warranty they should have.
  • I lost my confidence in the Acer repair center in The Netherlands. They claim I opened the machine and guarantee was void. I never did so (as I know this will open discussion). Further, they want to replace the casing and LCD module. Both don't seem to make sense to me.
