Not sure if this voids your warranty or not but i took apart the laptop and reseated the battery, just plugging it in and out of the motherboard and then putting it all back together again. Hey Icteska, What's your computer saying in event viewer if you go to windows logs > System and then scroll down to the time of the crash? For my E5-575G there's two VGA drivers, one for intel one for Nvidia. Do you recommend changing both or just one?

Right, Bios updated from 1.04 to 1.20. Not too long after i rebooted the computer I had another error 41 so that fix didn't work unfortunately. The chipset drivers had been updated a while ago to the latest off the acer website. I took apart the computer and reseated the battery and its connections, just to make sure there…

If, however, you’ve recently updated to Windows 11 24H2, then it's probably a good idea to figure out a few ways to turn off Auto HDR, and avoid crashing your favorite games.
