  • Any updates? Do you think that ignoring me you will feel better? I hate that day when I bought acer tablet! 6 months with brick instead of device.
  • Hi, Any updates?
  • The main problem is that Acer already hosts tablets ROMs at their file storage, as per my example with B1-A71, but they don't want to provide a link to those. I'm confused.
  • About "updates", please check this topic, for more information http://community.acer.com/t5/Android-Tablets/A1-810-Factory-Image/td-p/148753
  • Could you please, just provide a link to firmware instead of this excuses? Here is a link to FW for B1-A71 at YOUR SITE. It's mean that you have firmware, I know that. So, just give a link. B1-A71 firmware Same time, on your site "No Results". I'm your customer, but I hate your tablets more and more in due to 5 monthes…
  • I can't see firmwares list as per previous comments. I'm looking for firware to restore my B1-710 but OS tab empty for any acers tablet for me include A1-810. Whats wrong? (tried with Chrome and FF)

I sold it for parts and was very happy. And now I…
  • Any comments? Problem still not resolved after talking with support the only advice was to restore factory settings. But device still in bootloop! I'm totally sure that it can be restored without sending to Acer support. It's pretty silly if my device has been so easily broken and manufacturer have no any ways to restore…
  • Have the same issue. Is there any way to restore my b1-710 through recovery menu, without sending to warranty center? It's first tablet which was bricked so easy without any chance to restore. I called support but they only suggested me to factory reset but it doesn't work. I couldn't find a official firmware on asus site.
