  • Try to transfer the ethernet drivers to / from a flash drive to your computer to get it connected to the internet, then you can update all the other drivers.

  • My z5600 used to shut down all the time unexpectedly, took the computer apart, removed the cpu fan, and cleaned the cpu heat sink. Hasn't shut down unexpectedly since. Hope this helps...

  • I've tried recovery management to no avail. Like I said, I used a windows 7 disc, just to get windows to load again after the acer recovery failed numerous times. Alt f10 does not work, it took me countless hours to get the eRecovery program to reinstall after I reloaded windows. I don't think its possible to re-install…

  • I downloaded it, plus it is still on my recovery partition. I just want all the factory programs reinstalled, I ran recovery manager, and it hung up during restore, after many failed attempts I resorted to using a windows 7 disc, and I am stuck with no factory apps at all.
