  • This worked for me. There is a more recent generic Intel driver that I was about to try until I saw Harald's post.   • I have the same problem. Also updated to most recent Win8.1 drivers for chipset and audio. Followed suggested sequence of power off, plug in HDMI cable, power on S7, power on TV. I get video but no audio. In control panel | sound | playback, the only available device is speakers, no HDMI.
