  • ...Evidently several seem to be having problems with acer laptops and "faulty" hard drives. Do they not have quality controls in place at Acer?
  • ...acer says return it to them. Unfortunately I can't wait weeks for it to be returned. I asked that they send a replacement and they will not. Extremely poor customer relations. Looks like I'll be returning to HSN for a refund. This was my first Acer. It appears it will be my last as well.
