  • May be some problem with your fan or some software issue even i had the same but reducing maximum processor state helped.I think you should take it to service center before warranty expires
  • Its not about the damage obviously at 97 C also there wont be any damage as intel claims that there processor can withstand up to 100 C but one would never want there device at boiling temperature

  • Try the above steps especially the processor power management.I got a huge temperature drop and now its running smoothly without any issues.if it doesn't work you should consider about re pasting your thermal paste or contact acer service center before warranty expires as predator laptops offers only 1 year warranty
