I set everything in sound settings to default and rebooted and that seems to have fixed it. I installed Manycam last week maybe that changed some stuff...who knows. Now it all works like it should, hope it stays that way.

Thanx xapim. In 27 years this is the worst BIOS I have ever had for a few reasons. But not identifying drives in the boot order as example: Samsumg <model or serial #> is just lame. Other than that I love the 2019 Predator.
