  • I did that myself, after the return. Hmmmm... so whether it was the speaker replacement, or the OS update, that solved the problem - I really cant say
  • Had the same issue (right speaker) with my brand new acer 713-3w. Contacted my local Acer support (Nordic). With their assistance, the CB was sent to the nearest Acer Repair center (Germany). I got my Acer back 10 days later. The right speaker had been replaced. So far, this has solved the problem.
