  • Yeah... I just realized the driver update switched me back to 8-bit color. When I change it back to 10-bit, the scan lines are there when the tree image is full-screen and static. *****. Got my hopes up.
  • I just installed the new Nvidia driver that was released this morning, and I can no longer see scan lines on the tree photo. Anyone else? Edit: Well... If you zoom in a bit and then move around the image, you can still see the scan lines appear and then disappear.
  • Thanks, @Acer-Manny! I returned my unit months ago, but I'm about to order again. What about serial numbers outside the noted range? Are those >950 fixed already?

  • I sorted out why I wasn't seeing scan lines using the Mac. I was using the monitor as a second screen with my MacBook Pro. When I closed the lid of the laptop, the scan lines showed up. • As a follow-up to my previous comment about not seeing scan lines from my Mac, I thought that perhaps the HDMI input bypasses the G-Sync module (which could be causing the scan line issue), so I tried going HDMI from my PC, and I can still see the scan lines from the PC. So no scan lines from Mac via HDMI, and yes scan…
  • Has anyone tried testing the monitor with a Mac? When I check the tree image on my PC, I can clearly see the scan lines. However, when I connect my Mac via HDMI and check the image at full-screen and 100%, I can't see the scan lines. For the first time, I'm hopeful this is a driver issue. Am I being delusionally…
