Hi Cory, appreciate your answer and help, i did indeed try this amongst many other things, as far as i am aware this really only resets power options to defaults (which made no difference) and i really dont want default settings, ie turn off screen after 10 minutes and a very dim display on battery, not the best fix Acer…

Respectfully all the patch does is reset the power management, which shuts down everything after 10 minutes Hmmm Anyway, i did try that also, nothing changed All i want is a fix for this Wifi issue, Love the Laptop Will replacing the Network Card resolve this issue ?
