Okay, I tested it 3 times and got 19.31 each time. The adapter says 19V, 2.37A. The multimeter has a accuracy of +- (0.8%+2) for the 20V range.

Does the KB still flash once when power button is pressed? Keyboard still flashes once. Do the battery or power LEDs flash when the charger is first plugged in or power button pressed? The battery LED comes on like normal when plugged in. But, if I press the power button, the LED turns off until I unplug it then replug it.…
