  • Just discovered that I cant even get to the f12 boot menu. This is extremely dangerous for future needs of using backup software etc if windows fails. I NEED a way to recover this key. HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS? Can I get an answer here or can you tell me who who were to speak to in ACER to get it!?!?!
