  • I think I finally found. I wa not a windows update but the fact that I uninstalled clear-fi apps. I resolved my problem by installing Windows 8 from Microsoft MSDN download since I have a MSDN ultimate subscription. Since then, no issues with bluetooth at all. Thanks, Ccote
  • Hi, i did so and, I still have the same issue. I reinstalled from the recovery disks and noticed that it happens after severals windows updates. Unfortunately, I do not know wich update is the culprit. Thanks
  • Thanks but for me using WiFi equipment instead of Bluetooth is not a valuable permanent solution. Unless I miss something, Logitech k400 is not Bluetooth. Acer should fix this issue. Thank you, Ccote
  • Hi, thanks for your help. I did a system restore on my tablet. LiveUpdate found the new drivers. But I still have the same issue.   • Hi I had the same problem too. I sent my unit to Acer and they fixed it. It's an issue with a piece of hardware. Look for a thread "Touchpad is flakey" in this forum. Ccote
