Here's my temps, but still stuck on 603mhz, yes at first 1minutes or so then it reverts to 603mhz.

the 1234mhz on the witcher is the main clock before it hits 603mhz, that is the clock dip i'm referring to and also confused about why it is happening. on the The Witcher 3 game you can see that the gpu clock runs at 603mhz locked, while on here on Ori the clock runs at 1200+mhz, why is that? 

I did everything butt the problem still exists, just look at the picture on how the performance drops, 

@andylb yepp, my gpu drivers are still the ones that are available in this site, which I know in fact is outdated.

The thing is, the problem seems to show up when i installed the latest adrenalin, now i'm using relive and the fps drops stopped. I'm using the 17.7 version, is there any way to solve this? pls helpp

It's an Acer Nitro 5 equipped with Ryzen 5 2500U and RX 560X, i've also noticed that my peak gpu temps are at 90 degrees celsius, and yes i've already did what you said above. @MaClane
