Thanks...... Tried ALT + F10 as you suggested. It's now going immediately to a blue screen that simply says Recovery Required with and error code 0XC0000034. It further says that the I MUST recover the computer from CD/DVD. It's only a week old so I think I'll take it back to Best Buy for a replacement. Acer wants $20 for…
