  • Actually, when I reset laptop, the windows version is 2004, while as I remembered that my laptop would go to sleep on the version 1902 if I'm not mistaken, so my laptop reset and only roll back until version 2004, not older. So, still won't go to sleep automatically following the timer.
  • I don't really know which one is not running well. Last time I had disabled the Intel Smart Sound driver to solve the BSOD keep on happening. For the laptop won't turn off the screen, I just had to roll back to previous version of Windows 10, that's all.

From the link it says the date 15/1/2018, but when i check…
  • Yes, the keyboard will lit up every time when it should start sleeping. I was thinking of the same thing, maybe that is the one that prevents the device from going to sleep. It will go to sleep when the keyboard is detached. For me, I rather rolled back to previous version of windows.
  • Nope, i dont really think that my apps would cause that. Just normal software installed. It just happened after windows update. Then i rolled back to previous version of windows and the problem is now gone. But then it got worse for having random bluscreen crashes. Maybe its the driver or hardware problem, now my device is…
