All right folks , i managed to stop it for now. Here is what i did . I reformat the computer back to factory settings . Here is what i do next. i chose to disable any updates by going windows updates and selecting only download updates if you choose to. The good news is it is not your hardware problem it is the software…

I dont know my friend. I have seen solutions in youtbe and google asking me to update this and that. One that seems to work was uninstalling the devices in IDE ATA/ATAPI controller. it worked for 1 hour then it went back to normal. right now all we can do is pray and hope someone else know how to solve this problem.
