  • when you upgrade to win 10 you have to reinstall all drivers on the laptop. Win 10 does not have drivers. i do not use 10 because of this problem. and my customers came to me with the same problems. so i had to reinstall their drivers to get everything up and running. try reinstalling for the sound card. hope this helps.

  • I would suggest you get a laptop cooling pad. it has fans on it and you plug it into the usb port. i have one which is reversable so it keeps the laptop from overheating. hope this helps.

  • i would try and usb external keyboard. if this works then go to control panel, click on keyboard and click on hardware. there should be 2 listed and click on the one with the HID and it should show problems or no problems then click on troubleshoot and follow it. hope this helps.
