Same thing here. Left corner screw under the monitor hinge came out. Top of the keyboard case lifted up and when the top was closed, the screen cracked. Random ghost touches on the screen now make this laptop unusable. I am trying to contact Acer given this is clearly a major design flaw. [edited to comply with guidelines]
