Measuring with Nitrosense as well as Intel XTU, they both agree on the temperature as being 92. I don't sense any stuttering, and the FPS also seems more or less stable at around 90 in Overwatch. Intel XTU tells me it's Thermal Throttling, though. It just flashes between Yes and No around every second or so.
